Roles & Responsibilities
Assignment Highlights
  • Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of semiconductor process equipment at leading Taiwan fabs.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex equipment faults with speed and precision — minimizing downtime on the fab floor.
  • Work with Etch, Clean, and Deposition hardware; experience with HT Power Supply, Vacuum Modules, Plasma/RF, Gas Supplies, or Chiller/Cooling is a strong plus.
  • Manage full equipment installation and de-installation cycles, taking ownership from kickoff to sign-off.
  • Coordinate cross-border logistics and liaise with international project teams.
  • Uphold EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards in a cleanroom environment at all times.
  • Produce clear, accurate technical reports for every service visit and escalation.
  • Travel regionally as required — Philippines, Singapore, and other Asia-Pacific locations.
Qualifications
  • Willing to be stationed in Taiwan (3-month rotation or 1-year assignment — see below).
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in equipment operation, maintenance, or field service (any industry considered).
  • Experience with Etch, Implant, HT Power Supply, Vacuum, RF/Plasma, Gas Controls, or Chiller/Cooling systems is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic international environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and project management mindset.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome — full training is provided.
